Contact the editors

We welcome corrections, research leads, article proposals, and thoughtful questions about our published work. If you believe something is inaccurate, send us the page and supporting evidence. we would rather correct the record than defend an error.

If someone is unwell, do not email us

If someone has fainted, is struggling to breathe, has chest pain, confusion, a seizure, repeated vomiting, or a very slow or irregular heartbeat after consuming mad honey, call your local emergency service immediately. For other suspected exposures, contact a poison centre or healthcare professional promptly. Availability and operating hours vary by country, and this website cannot assess or diagnose an individual.

Things we will not answer

“How much should I take?” We do not publish doses, spoon counts, gram figures or millilitre figures anywhere on this site, and we will not send them privately either. That refusal is editorial policy, not caution theatre.

Is it safe for me, given my condition?” That is personalised medical advice and it needs someone who can see your notes. Bring our articles to a clinician; do not substitute them for one.

“Where do I buy it, which brand is good?” We name no sellers, no shops, no marketplaces and no brands, we take no commission, and we do not maintain a private list either.

Send us a message

Please provide enough detail for the editorial team to understand and assess your message.

Used to reply to you and nothing else. Not added to any list.

A quotation of the sentence you think is wrong is the most useful thing you can send.

We store what you send us and nothing else. No analytics run on this form.
